Anasa Lifespaces

A go-to-market model built for how high-net-worth buyers actually decide, not how a standard funnel assumes they do.

Want it

OOH — controlled visibility

Justify it

Editorial — third-party credibility

Commit to it

Private events — conversion

The Challenge

High-consideration buyers don't move through a standard marketing funnel. Broad performance channels can fail to convert this kind of buyer, and can actively damage trust before a conversation even starts. Anasa needed a go-to-market model built for a long, high-trust sales cycle, not a fast-conversion one.

The GTM Architecture

A three-stage framework built around how this buyer actually decides:

  • Want it (awareness): controlled, low-noise visibility that builds quiet aspiration without overexposing the product.

  • Justify it (evaluation): third-party validation and authoritative placements that build credibility.

  • Commit to it (conversion): private, high-touch environments where the decision actually gets made.

Channel Strategy

Performance retargeting was deliberately left out. Resources went instead to OOH for controlled visibility, editorial for credibility, Instagram for narrative, and private events for conversion. The trade-off is volume: fewer leads, but leads already close to a decision.
