MARIE CURIE
A full-funnel fundraising campaign that sold 62 tickets against a target of 40, built and led with a team of six.

The Brief
A charity fundraiser for Marie Curie UK, delivered as a University of Bath group project. I led a team of six against a target of 40 tickets sold.
The Approach
Treated as a product launch rather than a passive event, because awareness alone doesn't sell tickets. Built across four stages: reach new people, stay top of mind, drive to Eventbrite, close through the channel people actually trust.
THE CHANNELS
Built a multi-channel campaign designed to bridge the critical gap between initial poster awareness and a completed ticket purchase:
Top of Funnel (Awareness): Paid Instagram reach and local physical posters to establish visibility.
Middle of Funnel (Consideration): Organic Instagram Stories to maintain top-of-mind presence.
Bottom of Funnel (Conversion): WhatsApp direct messaging and Eventbrite landing pages where personal trust drives high-converting action.

Strategic Retrospective
WhatsApp was the strongest converting channel, but attribution was tracked manually. Proper UTM tracking from the start would have given a precise channel-by-channel case instead of an inferred one.
Disclaimer: MSc group project delivered in partnership with Marie Curie UK. Paid social activity was planned and directed by the team; execution was carried out by the venue partner.
